Here is a video for that I discovered and it just put me in a good mood. If anyone grew up watching the Sound of Music like I did, then you will enjoy this video of Do-re-mi being sung at a train station. Hopefully this embedded stuff works!

Let me try one of the PS22 choir songs. I really enjoy watching these kids sing. When I have seen many music programs cuts, it is nice to see this teacher and students really enjoying music. I love how serious some of the students get into their songs- very cute and inspiring. Okay, let me try to post this-

Not sure why you had trouble embedding the YouTube video - are you sure you copied the entire embed code? You might want to try again. The School Tube video embedded just fine. Love these kinds of musical videos.
ReplyDeleteI love the way you make all of this sound so easy. I will be referring back to your blog as I work my way through this class. I also appreciate the way that you put yourself out there and don't mind showing that you might not have a total grasp of what you are doing. Being human and making public errors is tough, but what we do as educators everyday. Your blog is very comfortable to read and does not produce stress to the reader with lot's of "stuff".
